If you email us or purchase a product and don’t hear back from us within 48 hours it almost certainly means that there is an email delivery issue. In that case, please give us a call and leave us an alternate contact option besides your email address.

Not All of Your Courses Showing Up After Purchase?

99% of the time this is because different email addresses were used during different checkouts. When this happens a new user account is created under the new email address. If this happened to you, contact support at [email protected]. Let us know the different emails involved and we will merge your multiple accounts into one.

Remember, in the meantime you can still access the courses your purchased by logging in with the email account that made the purchase.
