Getting Started Roadmap
Milestone One – Laying the Foundation
Your Objective:
Set myself up for success.
The Right Mindset:
Do not isolate yourself - transition your thinking from "going it alone" to building committed relationships. This is critical to your success. Join a Kickstart Group attend Kickstart Zoom meetings. Be active in your group – ask questions, and help others.

- Join a Kickstart Bootcamp (highly recommended)
- Joined the MySilentTeam Facebook Group
- Complete the Amazon 101 Course
- (International Students Only) Complete the International AZ 3.0 Course
- Complete the Amazon Application Process for a Professional Seller Account
- I have subscribed to the Keepa paid Data subscription Keepa
- Post my accomplishment in my Kickstart Facebook Group or the MST Facebook Group
Milestone Two – Research
Your Objective:
Find an item to sell that matches an existing ASIN that I am approved for.
Pre-Requisites:
- I've completed the Amazon 101 Course.
- I've opened a Professional Amazon Seller Account.
- I've subscribed to a Paid subscription of Keepa.
The Right Mindset:
Realize this business (like everything else worthwhile) takes work, and commitment. This path is a tested and proven system, and it takes work (especially in the beginning) to get started. Commit a specific amount of time each week to work this plan. You can move at your own pace. But you must set a pace, and stick to it.
- Match 5-10 source items with ASINs
- Practice using Keepa on 3-5 ASINs that have matching sources
- Practice using Amazon’s free revenue calculator
- Choose one of the items that I have been practicing with or a new item to send to Amazon’s FBA Warehouses
- Post my accomplishment in my Kickstart Facebook Group or the MST Facebook Group
Milestone Three – Shipping
Your Objective:Â
Ship my first item to Amazon’s FBA warehouses and make it available for sale.
Pre-Requisites:
- I've found an item to sell that matches an existing ASIN that I am approved for.
The Right Mindset:Â
Doing the Work - Getting that first shipment in can be a challenge. Hang in there and get it done.
- Purchase at least 1 unit (not more that 3 units) of the item I have chosen to send to Amazon
- Create a shipping plan in Seller Central that shows which items you will be sending to Amazon’s FBA warehouses
- Prep and label the item that was purchased in the previous task
- Purchase and print shipping labels from Seller Central
- Drop the completed shipment off to UPS and get a receipt
- Post my accomplishment in my Kickstart Facebook Group or the MST Facebook Group
Milestone Four – Organization
Your Objective:
Use what I have learned so far to build a consistent, predictable, foundational book of business that will turn into a profit center for me as I continue to consistently work it.
Pre-Requisites:
- You must be a PAC student to complete this milestone.
The Right Mindset:
It’s expected to make mistakes! Mastering the process and making mistakes is a necessary part of the learning process. Keep moving forward. Some students get a sale on their first shipment, and some do not. If you do not get a sale on your first listing. That’s OK. The goal is to master the process. Keep going!
- Write out my goals and create my accountability plan
- Schedule a consultation to review my progress and develop a plan to help me progress
- Decide how many hours I will commit to working on my business
- Decide how much money I can commit to my business and how much of it will go toward inventory
- I have enrolled in and committed to finishing the REPLENs course
- Subscribe to Silent Sales Machine Radio
- Follow the MST Facebook group and check in for support, guidance, and current news
- Book tickets and travel for the next Proven Conference
- Post my accomplishment in my Kickstart Facebook Group or the MST Facebook Group
